Introduction of SAP S4/HANA

In order to meet the future requirements of digitalisation, Hawido AG will introduce the ERP software SAP S4/HANA on 01 May 2022. After two years of preparation, the system integration is so far advanced that we expect a smooth system change.

From Monday, 25.04.2022 until Friday, 29.04.2022, we will not be able to process and deliver any orders due to the system changeover. Our sales staff and application technicians will be available by telephone during this time and will be happy to provide you with information. We kindly ask you to consider the following dates:

• Friday, 22.04.2022: Last delivery of goods before the changeover
  Please place your orders until Thursday, 21.04.2022 at five o'clock.
   
• Monday, 02.05.2022: First goods delivery after the changeover
  From 02.05.2022 you can place your orders during our regular opening hours again.

Adherence to both deadlines is essential for a successful system changeover. This is the only way we can ensure that we can offer you the usual ordering and delivery process after the changeover.
